Connect a runner
A Runner is the Artemis Runner software that runs your code for Artemis on a workstation or server you control. It needs to be registered, online and selected before Artemis can use it:
- In Artemis, open Platform Settings, then Runners, and choose New Artemis runner. Pick the operating system and architecture of the machine you want to use.
- On that machine, run the download and configure commands the setup panel gives you. The configure command includes a single-use token and registers the Runner.
- Start the Runner and leave it running. It shows as online in Artemis.
- In your Project, open Project Settings, then Runner and Scripts, and select the Runner.
