Find what's worth fixing
When you want to know where to spend effort in a codebase, a Maintain Scan gives you a list of Issues and a way to route each one.
What happens
Your agent, or you in the Maintain tab, runs a Scan with the Rules you choose. Each Issue lands on the board with a severity and a confidence. You Triage them: dismiss what is noise and keep what is real.
Then choose a route for each Issue. A small, clear Fix can go to your local agent, which changes the code in your checkout, runs the tests and submits the Fix back to the Issue, so the board shows it as done. A harder Issue, such as a slow function, can go to a Discovery Run. An Issue that needs thinking through first can get a Plan.
In Claude Code, the Artemis maintain skill runs this from start to finish. Other agents can use artemis maintain in the CLI.
